The West Fork Hood River "Red Hill" restoration project is a salmon and steelhead habitat restoration project on private land, planned and implemented by The Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs Reservation of Oregon, and the U.S. Forest Service Hood River Ranger District. Phase 1 was completed in August, 2016. Overflights were conducted in August and September, 2016.
